Refund Policy

At ActiWe Mobility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure that you're happy with your ActiWE vehicle.

Easy Returns Process:

  • If you decide to return your ActiWE vehicle within 30 days of receipt, simply notify our team via email or by filling out the contact form on our website.
  • Our support team will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping and issue a return label for your convenience.

Condition of Returned Product:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in clean condition and free of any damage.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including the original cardboard shipping box and the 2 inches of thick white foam box lining that it was shipped in. Returns for wheelchairs that are not shipped back in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping if arranged by us.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refusing Delivery:

  • If an order has already shipped and the customer refuses delivery, they will be subject to a penalty of $100 in addition to the return shipping fee.
  • Refusing delivery of an order may result in additional charges, so please carefully consider before refusing delivery of the package.

Other Considerations:

  • It's important to note that any damages that make the product difficult to resell may result in deductions from the refund.
